you need to reach us after normal hours, please call the office and leave a
message. We check messages often and will call you back shortly. In case of emergency, call (phone number on fridge) or "911".

Housekeeping |
- We pride ourselves in maintaining the
highest standards of cleanliness at each of our cabins and on our grounds.
Each cabin is equipped with enough towels for your entire stay, they can be found in the
bathroom vanity. Extra pillows are also provided in the dresser drawers for
your comfort.

Departure Check List |
Upon departure, please:
- Place all dirty towels in tub/shower
- Empty all food from refrigerator and
cabinets
- Place all trash in trash can outside of
cabin, and make sure to secure top. Our four footed friends can really make
a mess trying to get at the bags.
- Please set thermostat to 65 in winter months
and 75 in summer months.
- Wash any dirty dishes/glasses
- Be sure to check for any personal belongings
in drawers, closets, deck area, etc.
- Drop all keys off at the office/drop box at
office door.
- Write any comments you may have in our guest
books.

Other Policies |
- No Pets
- No Smoking (ashtrays provided on deck for
outdoor smoking only). If you violate this policy, the credit card on file
will be charged for cleaning fees including, but not limited to, upholstery
cleaning, extra housekeeping hours/pay required to remove smoke odor, and
any rental time lost as a result of required special cleaning.
- No Visitors
- House parties are strictly prohibited, and
grounds for immediate eviction with no refund of monies paid.
- Rates subject to change
- Rates do not include tax ( 7 3/4% State, 3%
county, and 3% bed tax)
- 6 person maximum in hot tub at a time. All
posted safety policies are to be followed. Any misuse of hot tub resulting
in damage to unit will be charged to charge card on file.
- Cabin is to be left in same condition on
check-out as it was at check-in. Any damage to cabin or contents of cabin
will be charged at repair/replacement cost, and charged to credit card on
file. When you first arrive at your cabin, please inspect the premises and
advise us immediately should there be any damage. This will prevent you from
being charged for any existing problems.
- Please be respectful to your neighbors. Our
guests come here to relax and enjoy the peacefulness of our property. Should
you have any problems regarding noise/neighbors, please notify the office
immediately so we can investigate and deal with the matter accordingly.
- The grill is provided for your enjoyment.
Should you have any problems with it's operation, please call the office and
we will have someone assist you as soon as possible. When you are done using
the grill, please make sure the propane is turned off and the grill is left
as you found it.
- There is a fire pit in front of every cabin. Please use it and enjoy it. You can purchase firewood at any of the local grocers/gas stations or at either country store 2 miles either direction from our location. Do not leave children unattended while fire pit is in use.
- Each cabin has games, cards and a puzzle for
your enjoyment. Please be sure to make sure all pieces/parts are accounted
for before your departure.
- Telephones are provided in each cabin. They
are set up for local calls only. Long distance calls can be made collect or
with a calling card.
- Hot tubs are checked daily
between 11:00 a.m. and noon. Please keep this in mind should you have
plans to use yours between these hours.
- Each cabin has satellite television service.
The television must be set to channel 3 in order for the channels to work.
Please check the notebook on the coffee table for operating instructions, as
well as channel guide.
- Please make sure to turn off television,
lights, fireplace and grills before leaving cabin.
